My name is Jessica Stellberg-Filbert, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. There are many reasons why you may have decided to look for a therapist. Maybe you are hitting a tough spot in you life, your relationships are struggling, you have decided to address traumatic experiences, or you are just not sure where you want to be in life.
In my practice, I work with individuals, couples and families facing these and many other concerns. I regard therapy as a collaboration; not a one-size-fits-all formula. I work to provide space for your unique experience and seek to find what works for you. Through authenticity, support and understanding, I help individuals find resolution to a wide range of personal challenges and concerns.
In therapy, I will provide a safe and respectful environment to explore and find new opportunities for insight and change. Together, we will work to find a path leading to a happier, healthier, and more hopeful you.
